How Can I Make My Payment?

Answer: Currently, payments can be made via VISA Debit/Credit Card or Cash on Delivery.

 

What Is The Process of Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Answer: After selecting Cash on Delivery as your method of payment, you will automatically receive a text message via the phone contact you have provided to us or an email stating that your order is being processed. When your order is delivered you will then make your cash payment in hand.

 

What Is The Process of Debit/Credit Card Upon Delivery/Pick Up?

Answer: After selecting VISA Debit/Credit Card as your method of payment, you will automatically receive a text message via the phone contact you have provided to us or an email stating that your order is being processed. When your order is delivered, you will then make your payment using your debit/credit card using our merchant card machine. We accept all major cards such as VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. 

Delivery

How Does Delivery Work?

Answer: After inserting your address and selecting your method of payment, you will automatically receive a text message or email stating that your order has been received and is being processed. You will also be notified via text message or phone call when your order is in transit.

 

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?

Answer: Deliveries are usually done on the same day before 5pm. If your order was fulfilled after 5pm, it will be delivered the following day. 

 

Returns

Are Items Returnable?

Answer: Yes, all items are returnable except sale items. All sales are final.

 

How Many Days Do I Have To Make A Return Request?

Answer: 1 day from the delivery date to submit your return request.

 

Refunds

Can I Get A Refund?

Answer: Refunds are not offered on purchases. Store credit only.

 

How Can I Redeem My Store Credit?

Answer: Your store credit will be in the form of a discount code which would be emailed to you via the email you used for your Jade Ariell Collection account. During your next purchase, you can enter the code in the discount code section at checkout.
